Terms of Service

Welcome to All Set: Home & Pet ("All Set," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all pet care, house sitting, household support, concierge support, and related services provided by All Set: Home & Pet.

By booking, scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services, the client ("Client," "you," or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

All Set: Home & Pet provides services including but not limited to:

Pet Care Services

  • House sitting

  • Overnight pet care

  • Dog walking

  • Drop-in visits

  • Feeding and watering

  • Medication administration

  • Exercise and companionship

Household Support Services

  • Grocery runs

  • Mail and package collection

  • Plant care

  • Pharmacy runs

  • Waiting for maintenance appointments or deliveries

  • Light household assistance

Concierge & Recurring Support Services

Customized recurring service packages may be offered and priced according to individual client needs.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

2. Booking & Payment

Payment is due prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Venmo

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Other mutually agreed payment methods

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

Services may be suspended or canceled for unpaid balances.

3. Cancellations

Clients are encouraged to provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notice when canceling services.

Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service may receive a full refund at All Set's discretion.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to partial or full service charges.

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full scheduled service amount.

Holiday Reservations

Holiday bookings may require additional notice and may be subject to separate cancellation policies due to limited availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding all pets.

  • Disclose any history of aggression, biting, escaping, anxiety, reactivity, or behavioral concerns.

  • Maintain pets in a reasonably healthy condition.

  • Provide sufficient food, medications, supplies, leashes, collars, harnesses, and other necessary equipment.

  • Ensure pets are legally licensed and vaccinated as required by applicable law.

Failure to disclose material information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Aggressive or Unsafe Animals

All Set reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a pet displays behavior that presents a risk to people, animals, or property.

Examples include:

  • Biting

  • Attempted biting

  • Aggressive lunging

  • Dangerous guarding behavior

  • Repeated escape attempts

  • Threatening conduct

If services are terminated due to safety concerns, all scheduled fees remain payable.

6. Injury Caused by Pets

The Client remains fully responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by their pet(s).

Minor and incidental interactions, including normal scratches, paw contact, or routine handling-related marks, may occur during pet care and are not considered injuries giving rise to liability.

However, if a pet causes:

  • A bite injury

  • A puncture wound

  • Medical treatment

  • Urgent care treatment

  • Hospital treatment

  • Lost wages

  • Professional medical expenses

the Client agrees to be financially responsible for resulting damages, expenses, and costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Veterinary Emergencies

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency involving a pet, All Set may take reasonable action believed necessary for the pet's health and safety.

Such actions may include:

  • Contacting the Client

  • Contacting emergency contacts

  • Seeking veterinary treatment

  • Transporting the pet to a veterinarian or emergency clinic

The Client authorizes All Set to obtain emergency care when the Client cannot be reached in a timely manner.

The Client remains solely responsible for all veterinary costs, transportation expenses, medications, and related fees.

All Set does not guarantee medical outcomes.

8. Property Access

The Client shall provide safe and reliable access to the property through keys, lockboxes, smart locks, access codes, or other agreed methods.

If access cannot be obtained due to:

  • Malfunctioning locks

  • Incorrect codes

  • Security system issues

  • Missing keys

  • Other access failures not caused by All Set

the scheduled visit may still be charged.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Client before leaving the property.

9. Household Services

Household support services are provided as a convenience.

All Set shall not be responsible for:

  • Existing property conditions

  • Mechanical failures

  • Appliance malfunctions

  • Plumbing failures

  • Utility interruptions

  • Structural defects

  • Damage caused by third parties

Clients remain responsible for maintaining their property in safe condition.

10. Surveillance Devices

For the safety and privacy of all parties, Clients must disclose all indoor and outdoor recording devices, cameras, audio recording equipment, and monitoring systems located on the property.

Undisclosed surveillance devices may result in immediate termination of services.

Recording devices are prohibited in areas where privacy would reasonably be expected, including bathrooms and sleeping accommodations provided for overnight care.

11. Photos & Marketing

During the course of providing services, All Set may take photographs or videos of pets for updates, documentation, and communication with Clients.

Unless the Client provides written notice requesting otherwise, the Client grants All Set permission to use pet photographs and videos for:

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials

  • Promotional content

  • Portfolio purposes

No personal addresses, financial information, or sensitive identifying information will be shared.

Clients may opt out at any time by providing written notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Set shall not be liable for:

  • Illness

  • Injury

  • Escape

  • Theft

  • Death

  • Loss

  • Property damage

  • Actions of third parties

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Utility failures

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

except where directly caused by All Set's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

If liability is established, the maximum liability of All Set shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All Set, its owners, representatives, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • The actions of the Client's pet(s)

  • The Client's property

  • Inaccurate information provided by the Client

  • Breach of these Terms

including reasonable attorney's fees and legal costs.

14. Force Majeure

All Set shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Wildfires

  • Flooding

  • Earthquakes

  • Public emergencies

  • Government actions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Utility failures

  • Pandemics

  • Acts of God

15. Right to Refuse Service

All Set reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any lawful reason, including concerns regarding safety, animal welfare, property conditions, harassment, or non-payment.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in King County, Washington.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and All Set regarding services provided and supersede all prior discussions or understandings relating to those services.
